Neurodiversity Employability Programme
We help prepare neurodiverse students for life beyond university and give them the tools and confidence they need to kickstart their careers. The Neurodiversity Employability Programme consists of an interactive programme of 1-1 mentoring, webinars, live talks hosted by Neuropool and invited employer guest speakers.
The programme includes:
1-1 Mentoring & Job Coaching
- Access to 1-1 mentorship from a Neurodiverse job coach
- Learning how to effectively source and apply for employment opportunities
- Opportunity for several mock interviews and feedback through each interview stage
- Building confidence in a post-pandemic world where many students may have other complex health needs
Employment Opportunities
- Meeting inclusive employers who have an inclusive interview process (employers are audited by Neuropool)
- Exclusive access to live job roles for neurodiverse candidates with inclusive employers via Neuropool’s job board
Talks & Events
- Live events or webinars hosted by Neuropool on a range of topics relevant to the Neurodiverse community
- Networking opportunities hosted on campus or virtually to showcase live employment opportunities (e.g., internship, placement, graduate roles) open to neurodiverse students with selected employers
